Definitions
1. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. In these Terms of Service (TOS) the customer/member will be referred to as 'you', whereas Linxzu will be referred to as 'we'. Disclaimer.
2. The materials on Linxzu.com's web site are provided "as is". Linxzu makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Linxzu does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. Limitatation of Liabilities.
3. In no event shall Linxzu be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services and materials of Linxzu, even if Linxzu or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. We refrain from any responsibility towards the end-users or members of our customer's websites, including third party scripts like the forum. Hosting and Domains
4. To protect our intellectual property rights you are not able to view or edit the script source of your online account. As a consequence, no FTP or cPanel access to your online account is provided. Only free Domain names registered in Linxzu like dot.tk or uni.me will be provided by our office as an official Linxzu Member's domain names.
5. Updates for the script are free of charge and installed automatically. All updates are mandatory, as they may include security fixes.
6. Yearly startups have to be extended 20 days before the subscriptions ends. If not, the subscription will automatically end after that year.
7. Although we're making an effort to keep hosting performance at high levels, the quality of hosting cannot be guaranteed.
8. Bandwidth is calculated per calendar month. Additional bandwidth expires at the first day of each calendar month.
9. Domains cannot be transferred to third party registrars. Domains are automatically canceled 45 days after cancelling your account. DNS access is restricted.
10. It is the customer's responsibility not to use domain names infringing trade mark rights. If a trademark infringement has been detected, the domain will be removed without the right for a refund.
11. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate WHOIS contact details upon submitting the order.
12. Websites/licenses cannot be sold to another person. Refund policy, disputes and charge backs.
13. Paid fees and/or invoices are not refundable.
14. Any payment investigation, reversal, dispute or charge back will lead to a temporary account suspension until the case has been resolved. Account Termination
15. Account(s) will be locked, suspended, or terminated arising from the following reason(s), but not limited to: Fraud, integrity issues, slander, disloyalty, misuse of system, or misrepresentation. You will not be entitled to any refund due to these issues.
16. Subscriptions can be canceled at any moment by sending in a support ticket via the email address registered with. Note that paid fees are non-refundable.
17. Linxzu members are prohibited to put up their own MLM company while active in Linxzu. Violation will result to account termination. Membership accounts of Linxzu members who join that company will be terminated and deleted instantly without any notice and will never be entitled for any refund.
18. All information upon sign up should be correct. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of data input on the account information. All information submitted is deemed final and cannot be edited. Editing of accounts would require verification by sending a photo of 2 valid IDs and a specimen signature to admin@linxzu.com.ph. Each information edited shall be charged 200Php.
19. Minimum amount of payout will be 300Php. Payouts less than 300Php but higher than 50Php will be forfeited in favor of Linxzu. All amounts less than 50 will be forfeited and difference from 50Php will be deducted on your Ewallet.
20. Payouts will be credited using BPI savings bank, BDO, GCash, Smart Money or Paypal only. Linxzu is not responsible in opening or registering you to these payout methods.
21. The 24 hours payout cut off period starts 12 noon until the 12 noon the next day. 24 hours payout means we will be crediting your preferred payment method before 48 hours upon request. Crediting of Payouts will only be done Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Inter bank charges, Gcash fees, Smart Money fees and fees to transfer payout will be shouldered by the account owner.
22. We will not tolerate any member that will show disrepect and disloyalty to our company. We will immediately terminate any member who shows and says any negative words or attitude against Linxzu. Be it against the company or any personel in the administration. Including negative or false statements and blogs on any social sites like Facebook, Twitter and other media form.
23. Expired or canceled websites can be revoked from permanent termination within 7 days after being expired or canceled, provided this is technically possible.
24. A license can be renewed within 7 days after it has expired. Even when renewed after its expiration date, the renewal fee will cover the period starting from the last expiration date.
25. Although we do not intent to, we remain the right to temporarily suspend or, in severe cases, terminate your account(s). Valid reasons are, but not limited to, spamming, displaying inappropriate/adult content, slander, copyright infringements, payment disputes/reversals/investigations, misuse of the system or identity theft.
26. If your website is suspended for a period of 14 days or more, for whatever reason, your subscription will automatically end after that 14 days.
27. In order to ensure that websites are being used or visited, there is a minimum usage policy of 22 hits in 30 days or else the site will be suspended, temporarily or permanently.
28. There are also content restrictions, banning sites containing sexual content, drug use, hate speech, firearms, and spam or copyright infringement.
29. Linxzu may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using our services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms and conditions.
